If we close your account without any cause according to our Agreement (as defined in our Terms of Use) and your account is a already paid for, we’ll refund you a prorated portion of your monthly prepayment.

If we close your account because of any violation of the Agreement we will not refund or reimburse you.

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are approved for received a full or partial refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 of days.

Bellow we remind you the most common violations that can cause termination of your account without a refund. Please refer to the Term of Use for more information.

Prohibited use of the Service

The User must at all times follow these rules:

1. You are not allowed to send spam. We mean “spam” as it is defined on the Spamhaus website.
2. You won’t import or send email campaign to any email addresses that you bought, loaned, rented or in any way received from a third party, no matter what they claimed about the quality or permission. Only you, the User, have to obtain permission to send.
3. You won’t copy and paste email addresses which people have published on the internet.
4. You won’t violate any copyrights of third parties.

Furthermore, Aitiss doesn’t support and allow accounts which promote any harmful,  discriminatory, or harassing Content. We have the right to terminate your account if you send email campaign with such content.

Other topics which are not allowed on the Site are:

• Weight loss
• Exchange of currencies, fraudulent shares and stock market transactions
• Home job offers making “get rich fast” promises, financial packages and pyramid schemes
• Sexually explicit pornography
