Protection of User’s personal data
Aitiss has taken all the necessary precautions to preserve the security of all personal and other data.
Our data centers are protected with physical security 24/7 with biometric scanners and the best technologies that are currently available. Furthermore, we have DDOS mitigation in place at all of our data centers.
In order to prevent possible corruption our databases are kept separate at all times and we have different layers that segregate user accounts from each other.
Aitiss account passwords are hashed. Even our own employees cannot view them. In case of forgotten or lost password it needs to be reset by the User.
Every login page on our website pass data via SSL.
The entire Aitiss application is encrypted with TLS.
Login pages and logins via the Aitiss API have brute force protection.
Responsibility of the Users in relation to personal data
The Users located in the European Union who have and upload email lists containing any personal data of European Union citizens must comply with the No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the “GDPR”) and those of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties.
Furthermore, the Users should not upload email lists on the site with personal data considered “sensitive” such as health data, social security number, or any bank card numbers. Aitiss is in no way to be responsible for the presence of such personal data on its platform and the potential consequences. In such cases the User shall be solely responsible for any legal consequences and indemnify the Site.
